Catering Policies
Consultation
We will work with you to design a menu to fit your taste and needs. We will go with you to evaluate the catering site, help you determine what rental items you need, and even help find a location for your event.
Pricing
Because each event is custom designed, because economies of scale enable us to offer lower per-head prices for larger events, and because fresh foods vary in cost with the seasons, we have no set prices. However, we will be happy to work within your budget to create elegant and delicious food for your event.
Equipment Rentals
We will arrange for rental and delivery of whatever you need, from tables and chairs to dishes, silverware, and linens. We add the rental and delivery costs to our bill. We charge you what the rental company charges us for replacement of lost or broken items.
Billing
We ask for a 50% deposit when you book the event and the balance on the day of the event.
Service
We bill you separately for servers. Our serving people cost $20.00 per hour apiece.
Sales Tax
We are required by law to charge state and local sales tax for food and services.
Gratuity
We do not add a gratuity to our bill, but a token of your appreciation is greatly appreciated by our service staff.
