At L'Aubergine, we prepare all of our food fresh and from the finest ingredients. We use only the best of the locally-available produce, meats, and fish. Our menu selections range from traditional French dishes to savoury Middle eastern fare to light California grills and salads. We work closely with our clients to design menus that meet their needs, taste, and budget.
